ATTENTION HORSEMEN
Pension signups begin Monday, January 19, 2009 through April 20, 2009. Trainers are responsible for the $8.00 fee to print the 5105 eligibility report. All other applicants must supply a W-2 or 1099, AND a completed copy of 2009 taxes showing income of $10,000 or more from racing sources at Mountaineer.

Live Year-round Thoroughbred Racing
Saturday through Tuesday, January 17 through December 14.
Friday through Tuesday, March 6 through December 1.
Also live racing December 26, 27, 28 & 29.

Exceptions:
No Live Racing – Super Bowl Sunday (Feb. 1);
Easter Sunday (April 12);
No Live Racing or Simulcasting – December 25. |
Post Time:
7:00p.m. all days; except July 4 and Aug. 2 (WV Derby Day)
